One of my goals for 2018 is to make time for myself- and you should do this too!
Whether this means getting up a bit earlier in the morning to go for a walk or run before work, making time to meditate on your lunch-break, reading a book in the evening instead of watching TV, giving yourself a break from your phone and social media, and spending the time doing the things you love to do.
We spend too much time rushing around and not being present- I think we are all guilty of this in London!
And yes- this does mean making time for treatments such as reflexology. Get your appointment booked in now!
