The baby reflex course is taught in 3 parts where you will learn unique techniques and sequences to address:
You will be provided with refreshments and cake, a relaxed setting to learn these techniques, and a chance to chat to some mums after the course. It's taught in my home in Isleworth (Linkfield Road) and runs from 10-11am. If you and a group of mum friends would like to book dates that aren't shown below, please get in contact. Here are the next course dates: 1st April 8th April 15th April |
I studied the Baby & Toddler Reflex course whilst pregnant with my second child, and after many of my clients expressed interest for tips and techniques to use on their own babies. The course was fascinating, and really emphasised how effective it could be to practice reflexology on your baby or toddler. Baby reflex can be taught to parents 1-1 or in groups of maximum 6 parents/caregivers and their babies during 3-4 sessions over the course of as many weeks. Toddler reflex is better taught 1-1, and can be done over one to three sessions.
The Toddler Reflex course is taught on the hands, alongside a series of nursery rhymes. It's a lovely calming thing to do with your toddler, not necessarily before bed, but at any time of the day, to help with soothing and calming them down. I've personally witnessed how effective these routines can be with my toddler, who now often offers me his hand to work on.
What's great is that these techniques can be used anywhere and at any time- you just need access to your baby's hands or feet- nothing else! They can be done while your baby's in the carrier on a walk, even be used to help with ear popping on flights.
