I wanted to take this opportunity to wish all of my clients, existing and new, a very happy and healthy new year! I hope you had a lovely Christmas and are settling into 2018 nicely.
Hot stone reflexology proved very popular towards the end of 2017, during those chilly days, and I've had some clients who are complete converts now! Make sure you try it out if you haven't already. This year I want more people to try aromareflex. During an aromareflex treatment we will discuss a focus for your treatment. Whether that is energy levels, hormone balance, immune system boosting, muscular aches and pains etc. A unique blend will be made up for you, and used during your treatment, and then the remainder will be given to you to use at home. With all the viruses and bugs going around at the moment, I'll be offering free immune boosting blends to try out in your treatments in January. January is a time for many to detox and reset, so what better way to do that than to organise a pamper party in your own home. Get a group of friends together and then decide which treatments you would like to have, then get in touch to arrange it with me. In 2018 I will be embarking on some new studies. I'll be going on a course in February to learn all about reflexology and lymphatic drainage, which can be very effective and helpful when a client is suffering from lymphoedema. Happy new year and let's make it a good one! Georgie x

I had a great time on the Aromareflex course yesterday. We learnt about 12 essential oils to combine in different ways to help enhance treatment objectives. It's a great way to combine aromatherapy with reflexology.
The different blends we learnt can help with a range of different problems. We looked at the following treatment objectives:
When you come for an aromareflex treatment, we will discuss what you want to get out of the treatment first. Then I will prepare a blend to use for the treatment, the remainder of which you can take home for your own use. Get in contact now to discuss having an aromareflex treatment. Georgie x |
