I wanted to take this opportunity to wish all of my clients, existing and new, a very happy and healthy new year! I hope you had a lovely Christmas and are settling into 2018 nicely.
Hot stone reflexology proved very popular towards the end of 2017, during those chilly days, and I've had some clients who are complete converts now! Make sure you try it out if you haven't already. This year I want more people to try aromareflex. During an aromareflex treatment we will discuss a focus for your treatment. Whether that is energy levels, hormone balance, immune system boosting, muscular aches and pains etc. A unique blend will be made up for you, and used during your treatment, and then the remainder will be given to you to use at home. With all the viruses and bugs going around at the moment, I'll be offering free immune boosting blends to try out in your treatments in January. January is a time for many to detox and reset, so what better way to do that than to organise a pamper party in your own home. Get a group of friends together and then decide which treatments you would like to have, then get in touch to arrange it with me. In 2018 I will be embarking on some new studies. I'll be going on a course in February to learn all about reflexology and lymphatic drainage, which can be very effective and helpful when a client is suffering from lymphoedema. Happy new year and let's make it a good one! Georgie x

On Friday I went on a Hot Stone Reflexology course with Sally Earlam which was amazing! I was expecting to enjoy it, but I didn't realise how much I really would fall for hot stone reflexology as a treatment.
The day involved some theory, and a lot of practical, so I came home feeling as though I'd had a spa day. The treatment is utter bliss, and deeply relaxing. There are many benefits to a hot stone treatment, including increased elimination of waste products, increased action of leukocytes and lymphatic function, and increased circulation. I have just placed my order for my Vulsini hot stone bag, and am hoping to start treatments in 2 weeks time! Make sure you book in for a hot stone reflexology treatment so you can experience this nurturing treatment and have your feet heated up just as the weather starts to cool down! |
