On Friday I went on a Hot Stone Reflexology course with Sally Earlam which was amazing! I was expecting to enjoy it, but I didn't realise how much I really would fall for hot stone reflexology as a treatment.
The day involved some theory, and a lot of practical, so I came home feeling as though I'd had a spa day. The treatment is utter bliss, and deeply relaxing. There are many benefits to a hot stone treatment, including increased elimination of waste products, increased action of leukocytes and lymphatic function, and increased circulation. I have just placed my order for my Vulsini hot stone bag, and am hoping to start treatments in 2 weeks time! Make sure you book in for a hot stone reflexology treatment so you can experience this nurturing treatment and have your feet heated up just as the weather starts to cool down!
