Reflexology & Wellbeing
Reflexology is essential in improving wellbeing, and as a reflexologist, I see myself as a "Wellbeing Improver"! Reflexology can have an effect on how a person feels about themselves, and how they perceive their illness or problems- which in turn makes it easier for people to cope with that illness. How we achieve wellbeing and what we can do to enhance it, is completely up to us- an independent choice. Complementary therapies can help us on the path to bring about harmony, making some parts of life easier to cope with, and helping us to cope with every day stresses. I do a few things to help improve my wellbeing. I practice yoga, take regular exercise, eat healthily, spend time with friends and family, and try to have at least one treatment a month. Whole30 I am coming to the end of my 30 day detox, and although initially I thought I would find it impossible to complete, I have managed it. I have really enjoyed doing it, and have managed to be so creative with cooking up some delicious meals- have a look at myInstagram page to see some of the creations! My energy levels are balanced, I am sleeping very well and I am feeling great. I would recommend it to anyone. If you want to know more about the 30 day programme, follow this link: http://whole30.com/ Summer Offers! For the rest of the month I am doing an offer on the Natural Facelift Massage treatment. Book a 45 minute Natural Facelift Massage and only pay £30! (Price normally £40) The offer will end on 31st May, so book now.
