As 2016 is now drawing to a close, it's time to look back on the year and look forward to 2017 and hopefully a more positive time. The negativity of 2016 seems to be all around- on the radio, in the newspapers and even on Christmas cards being sent this year.
However, a brighter outlook will help us all, and I feel like the new year is much needed for most of us to do this. For Retreat 4 Your Feet, this year has been packed full of fun and memories. I brought in the New Year in Mozambique with my family, went on a road trip in Florida, had a city break in Barcelona, went to my 3rd (and muddiest!) Glastonbury, completed a Whole30 challenge, and passed my driving test(!)...all amongst working with the most lovely clients, all of whom I feel honoured to have helped and treated. I have furthered my Reflexology knowledge by taking part in some great courses- including hot stone reflexology, a breakthrough seminar with Tony Porter, and linking meridians with reflexology. There is also so much to be excited about for 2017! Retreat 4 Your Feet is excited to announce that we will be working at FloVibe festival, which takes place in Northampton on 2nd-4th June. A unique festival where retreat meets festival, and you don't have to take a 1 week holiday to recover afterwards! The festival will include some amazing yoga, meditation and pilates workshops, lots of great music, and of course some treatments. You can purchase your tickets here: FloVibe Tickets and make sure to use the discount code: georgiefv to get some money off! I'll also be taking part in more great courses, to keep my knowledge as up to date as possible. I will be spending Christmas in Devon this year, and will be away from 23rd December- 2nd January. If I don't see you before Christmas, have a wonderful time, and I look forward to treating you in 2017!
