Happy New Year!

I trust that you had a well deserved rest and you are charging into 2017 with a new lease of life! I've been hearing lots about everyone's different detoxes and new years resolutions- keep it up!

I had a very relaxing time in Devon over Christmas, soaking up some Vitamin D in the strangely Spring-like sun one day, and stomping round the coast in a sea mist the next.

2017 is going to be a very exciting year. A holiday to Senegal in February, my sisters wedding in April...

More courses on the horizon, including Aromareflex, which will train me to combine the power of essential oils to reflexology treatment and enhance the objectives of treatments. Essential oils can help with stress, hormonal imbalances and muscular/skeletal problems.

I will be featuring at a festival for the first time in June. The festival is called FloVibe and is a unique wellness festival, focusing on yoga, meditation, pilates, dance, music and treatments. You can buy your ticket here:

Although it's grey and drizzly outside, the treatment room is nice and cozy...and sometimes it's quite nice to hear the rain on the roof anyway! I hope you are staying warm and dry today.
