Life can get a little too much for us at times, and it is at these times when we need to reach out for some extra help. Headspace is a great app to use for when times are tough, stressful or you just need a bit of peace and quiet in your mind. It is easy to download and use, and takes 10 minutes of your day.
All you need to do, is find a peaceful place, get in a comfortable seated position, and listen. The app has 10 free days, which I would advise for anyone, and then you can pay a subscription for more use. Headspace teaches you to meditate, and with that comes a whole lot of benefits, from being able to sleep better, worry less and focus more.
A lot of people have preconceptions about meditation, and what this app does, is teach you simply how to calm your mind. It's great for people who have difficulties with anxiety, stress and/or depression.
